Is my information secure?
Dressage Dimensions uses PayPal for shopping cart and payment processing. PayPal has a long track record of providing very high security for all transactions.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?
No. If you have a PayPal account you can use it, but if you do not have an account you do not need to create one. You can just buy with a credit card.
When will I receive my order?
We ship all orders via first class US Mail within 48 hours of orders, so you should expect 1-2 weeks for delivery in the continental US.
Do you provide discounts for bulk orders or for retailers?

I'm having problem playing the DVD, what should I do?
Because of the manufacturing process we use, there are a small number of old DVD players that have trouble playing our DVD. This is a very rare occurance, but if it happens to you try playing the DVD on another DVD player or a computer.
